The Garden Collection by Jasmyne Monét Marsh

"The Garden Collection"© was inspired by my actual garden I started around late July. I planted some Korean Hot Peppers, Beef Tomatoes, Scallions, Perilla Leaves and Culantro leaves. The hot peppers and perilla leaves grew pretty fast and I picked them off when they were ready to be harvested. The beef tomatoes came in little by little, but I knew the culantro leaves might take some time. However, my scallions looked the same as they did when I picked them up from the supermarket, as a seedling waiting to be replotted. There were long and stringy, definitely not viable. I thought to myself "well, it can't be soil. The perilla leaf grew just fine", but I did notice that they had grown OVER the scallions. After removing the perilla leaves and harvesting them for later(they make a great digestive tea), the scallions were given more room to stretch, rebuild and thrive.

You may be thinking, what does all of that have to do with hair? Well, I want to assure you that the only vegetable that would be used within the cultivation of MCB hair products are Organic Carrots, found at your local supermarket or farmers market to make The Carrot Deluxe(available soon). There are ABSOLUTELY NO perilla leaf or beef tomato blends sold or made at MCB Hairquarters. The one thing that is a shared belief between gardeners and MCB's Garden Collection is the thought of nature returning to its most balanced state. Meaning, using the right hair products with healthy hair habits can cultivate an environment that enriches your scalp and also strengthens your hair. Healthy, fresh fruit and vegetables require good soil, sunlight, water and care. The scalp is like the soil that bears the fruit of your hair, enriching the roots in which your hair follicles grow from. My belief is that "A healthy scalp, grows healthy hair".

To bring that belief to life, I researched for days and put together a test batch that I was sure would deliver that very message to the scalp. After weeks of tweaking the recipe along with more research, I had finally narrowed down the perfect recipe. I sourced from a very trusted supplier of MCB, that is FDA and USDA approved to bring to you "The Garden Collection". I hope you all enjoyed this little backstory. I hope this collection to brings you consistency and balance to your hair care regimen.

As always, this is Monét Couture where Beauty Meets Care.
