Refund policy

All products are made to order by hand to ensure each individual receives just what they need. NO RETURNS or exchanges. If you cancel your order within 48 hours, you will be issued a full refund. After 48 hours, your item wil be processed and will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your results after 14 days, then you may be offered a store credit and partial refund(1/3 of sale price).
