Shipping policy

Orders placed before 3pm are processed same day and shipped out. Tracking numbers will be available as soon as it's scanned at the desired shipping facility.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped that following Monday. In the event that there are shipping delays, MCB will contact you out to you directly via email or phone.

All packages will require a signature, so please plan to receive your order. 

All packages will have proper protective packaging to ensure you receive your items, but in the event that your order is damaged in the mail, contact the shipping service, then follow up with MCB. Send along with pictures showing the damage, and MCB will ship you a replacement free of charge if damaged was caused by MCB or the shipper.
